Step 1: Create an account using the link below. Ensure you add a delivery address and form of payment.
Step 2: Begin your order, enter the number of bags, and include any special instructions or notes in the notes field, and select your preferred pickup day.
Step 3: Before your pickup window begins, place your bags near your front door—or the easiest visible spot at your address if you don’t have a front door.
Step 4: Your order will be washed, folded, and returned within 48 hours. You’ll receive text and email notifications when your order is completed and when it’s out for delivery.
Note: Currently servicing addresses within Idyllwild and Pine Cove, CA [92549]. All pickup and delivery orders have a $30 minimum. Biohazard Notice: We cannot accept items contaminated with bodily fluids (feces, urine, vomit, blood, etc.). These items will be declined at pickup.
Standard wash and fold
Clothing, bed linens, and towels are $2.50 per pound. Every order is washed with a scent-free, high-efficiency concentrated detergent and a color-safe oxygen booster to lift stains without harsh chemicals. The process is designed to be low-residue, hypoallergenic, and gentle on fabrics, making it suitable for sensitive skin and everyday wear.
Drying is done with low-static softening sheets, and all delicate items are air-dried as needed to protect fibers and prevent heat damage. Your laundry is washed separately, folded cleanly, and returned fresh, soft, and ready to use.
In store dropoff
In-store drop off is simple and fast. All orders carry a $25 minimum and a standard 24–48 hour turnaround, with same-day service available when capacity allows. You’ll receive updates by email and text as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
pickup & delivery
Pickup and delivery is available with a $30 minimum per order. Your laundry is collected from your doorstep, washed and folded to the same standard as our in-store service, and returned within 48 hours. You’ll receive text and email updates when the order has been completed.
